What can the customer buy?

A card for a set amount or a specific service, such as a massage or treatment. You define the offer and redemption terms.

How does the customer receive the card?

Once payment is confirmed, the buyer receives the gift card as a PDF by email. They can print it or pass it on to someone special.

Can a card be used partially?

You can enable partial redemption for amount-based cards. Your team checks the available balance and records the amount used. A card for a specific service can be redeemed in one visit.

Will the card match my brand?

Yes. You can customise the card design, add your offer and set an expiry date. The buyer can add the recipient’s name and a personal message.
